    I have been listening to CFRC since 1987 when I came to Queen's to study Fine Art. I love it and want to help out in whatever small way I can


    CFRC is always welcoming new volunteers!

    Roles include but are not limited to: 

    • Music programming hosts and djs
    • News and talk programming hosts, writers, producers and journalists
    • Creative audio production
    • Music library support
    • Promotions and outreach 
    • Tech and IT
    • Committee participation

    CFRC holds 3 recruitment and training cycles per year in March, July and October. No previous experience is necessary and all ages are welcome to participate. You can submit a volunteer application anytime for consideration during the next round of recruitment. Fill out the form below or contact for more information!

    Support Kingston's non-profit, volunteer-driven, campus-community radio station and a century of creative broadcasting history. CFRC encourages contributions throughout the year, thanking you with memberships and gifts:

    $10 - Member: 1-year CFRC membership, program schedule, thank-you card plus choice of button, sticker, fridge magnet OR window decal

    $25 - Friend: 1-year CFRC membership, program schedule, thank-you card plus gift pack of button, sticker, magnet AND decal

    $50 - Active Listener: 1-year CFRC membership, program schedule, thank-you card + CFRC baseball T

    CFRC cannot issue charitable tax receipts to donors. Queen's University can provide a tax receipt for donations made to support CFRC's charitable, educational work providing broadcast skills training and mentorship to volunteers.
